Dr. Hugo Wong served as the Project Manager for the eTeaching Literacy Project (eTeachLit): Improving Students’ Learning Performance Through Empowering Teachers’ Digital Teaching Capacity. Funded by the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS), this initiative focused on implementing an "eTeaching" literacy intervention program designed to enhance the eLearning capabilities of university faculty.
